Founded in 1992, our goal at CSI was to establish ourselves as the leading provider of parts for obsolete machinery within the textile industry. Brands such as Scott & Williams, Abbott Machine, and Whitin Roberts, just to name a few, supplied the market with much needed commodities, yet lacked the support from the original equipment manufacturers to keep their machines operable. We have steadily become the world’s largest provider of parts for Whitin Roberts machinery. Our promise to provide high quality parts along with prompt delivery has made our customer base grow loyal and strong.

Keeping “in-sync” with the niche industries is a difficult task, and as times have changed, so have our strategies. We have been blessed to have excellent “partner companies” that supply us with machined parts to our print specifications, allowing us to develop and supply specialty items for various customers. However, our mainstay business is directed at the carpet yarn industry and the woolen “micro-processing” industry. We have had fantastic feedback from our current customers and strive to continue this in our future.
